The Level 2 Award in Conflict Management course took place yesterday at Trevornick Holiday Park. This course is designed for those people who have interaction with colleagues or customers on a regular basis and need some additional skills to deal with potential conflict situations.
The participants on the course are from Trevornick Holiday Park, Holywell Bay and Prawn On The Lawn, Padstow.
