Starting Monday 11th October – this 3 day course is ideal for catering staff supervising any catering environment. Why not update your skills prior to the busy Christmas function season by attending this part funded ESF course. Each day will run from 09:30hrs – 16:30hrs at a local venue. The course fee is 585.00 plus VAT per person. ESF funding will allow us to return up to a minimum of 70% of the cost on completion of the course and Saffron Academy’s receipt of the funding from our funding partners (usually quarterly in arrears).
