This week, participants from local hospitality businesses completed and achieved their Highfield Level 3 Award in Delivering Training. This qualification gives them invaluable tools which enables them to instruct others, using various teaching techniques. They are now set to deliver all sorts of training from induction sessions to departmental updates and implementing new standardised training sessions within their businesses.
